3pp., 4to. Bifolium. In fair condition, on lightly-aged paper, with small stain at head of first page. Docketed on reverse of second leaf. The letter concerns Hardwicke's direction that Harry Court Amiel, son of 'Captain Amiel, Hounslow Barracks, Hounslow', be nominated 'for a Cavalry Cadetship in Bengal'. Amiel has been 'a Cornet in the 7th Regt of Dragoons, (or Hussars as they are called)' for a year, and 'bears a very good character from his Commanding Officer'.

Crisply printed, within a decorative border, and in a number of fonts and point sizes, on one side of a piece of India paper, 33.5 x 42.5 cm. Text clear and complete. In fair condition, creased and lightly-aged. Calendar surrounded by text in small type in a number of columns. To left of calendar is column of eighty-eight 'PREACHERS' NAMES, &c.', including 'exhorter', 'prayer leaders' and 'helpers'. There is also a circuit calendar, an advertisement for the 'Primitive Methodist World', a financial circuit report, and a list of circuit officers and organisations.

8vo: 36 pp. Stitched. In original grey wraps. Text clear and entire on aged and spotted paper, with staining to first leaf. Wraps heavily stained and worn. Title written out in a modern hand on front wrap. Scarce. Four copies on COPAC: at the British Library, Bodleian, Cambridge and Durham. According to one source the subject concerns 'the author's dispute with Lord Rous, later Earl of Stradbroke, regarding his right to the living of Doddington; includes correspondence with Rous'.

Each plan printed in black on one side of a piece of paper, with areas picked off in blue, green, orange, pink and yellow. Plan No. 1: 72 x 86 cm. Plan No. 2: 88 x 68 cm. Plan No. 3: 76 x 89 cm. The first two very good on lightly aged and creased paper; the third as the first two apart from some wear along a crease resulting in two areas of loss each roughly 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 cm. The various properties (over seventy lots) are numbered, with names of the proprietors of neighbouring estates given.
